Our friends over at BMW.tv are back with two new videos of the spectacular BMW M3 GTS. As always, you’re among the first to enjoy this footage and believe us, it is absolutely worth it.
For those of you that missed our previous coverage on the BMW M3 GTS, here is the summary. M3 GTS is powered by a 4.4-litre V8 based on the 4.0-liter engine found in the standard M3. Maximum power is 450 horsepower, 36 ponies more than than the regular model, and the transmission is the 7-speed M dual clutch transmission (M-DCT) with adapted shift characteristics.

We've featured super slo motion clips for quite a while, it's fun to see that they have become so popular that they are now part of the language, so to speak. The best moments of this BMW clip are that smoking rear wheel and the bug flying up in front of the rushing M3 GTS. On Thursday, BMW unleashed their high-performance M3 GTS. The GTS is a $170K, lightweight take on the M3. “Born on the Racetrack to Live on the Streets” is BMW’s tagline for the GTS. No new pictures have came out since Thursday, but something better has.
BMW has released not one, but two videos showing the car doing a bit of track time. The first was just a teaser. Unfortunately, the car isn’t slated to come to the United States. Oh BMW, you do tease! I’ve included the high-resolution versions of the images we’ve already seen as well.

Designed to be harder, crisper, and more responsive track ready version than the standard M3, the GTS boasts a 4.4-liter V8 engine that produces 450 bhp. Besides the enlarged engine (up 0.4-liters and 36 bhp), the car also features numerous weight saving changes such the omission of a rear seat, automatic air conditioning, an audio system, and sound insulation. BMW has released two new videos featuring the new, hardcore version of the M3 – the GTS.
Unveiled last week, the BMW M3 GTS will become available in showrooms in the spring next year, with a price tag that has not been announced yet. The BMW M3 GTS is powered by a modified version of the 4.4-liter V8 engine that outputs 450 hp. Apart from the extra power, the BMW M3 GTS has also underwent a weight saving program that goes as far as removing the rear seats of the car.
